N3Cure’s CROSSITOL system, comprising of an innovative additive and UV energy source, reduces the amount of raw material use, enhances product performance, and improves the manufacturing process.

Our CROSSITOL additive creates a crosslinking reaction when exposed to the inline add-on UV energy source, offering a more controlled and accurate crosslinking process which optimizes thermal and mechanical properties, enables converting to a single polymer, and achieves the desired depth.

Our UV crosslinking device fits smoothly into existing manufacturing lines — reducing production time, water and energy costs, and carbon footprint.

N3Cure was founded in 2019 by Danny Segev, Eran Leviteh, and Sagi Moran. Their aim was to create a positive impact on the environment by transforming the plastic industry through innovation. Since the company was founded, N3Cure’s team has been focused on their goal to make better, stronger plastic and reduce raw material consumption, while enhancing its properties.

Working with leading plastic manufacturers, N3Cure has successfully undertaken projects proving its efficacy.
